All services and product sales are subject to availability and acceptance by Kleinrock Digital Networks.
3. User Obligations
By using our services or making a purchase:
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You must be at least 18 years old or using our services under the supervision of a legal guardian.
- You will not use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in SLL.
- Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment must be received before any products are shipped or services rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and mobile money (where available).
5. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
- All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by Kleinrock Digital Networks.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
- Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
- Returns: You may return most physical products within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. We provide no warranty for third-party software unless explicitly stated.
7. Service Terms for Managed IT Clients
- Service contracts and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are governed by separate written agreements.
- Clients are responsible for providing access and accurate system information for support.
- Any misuse, tampering, or unauthorized changes may void our responsibility for service uptime or performance.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software are the intellectual property of Kleinrock Digital Networks or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kleinrock Digital Networks will not be liable for:
